活血化淤法对腰椎间盘突出症模型黄韧带中PLA_2的影响 被引量:12

摘要 目的:观察活血化淤中药对非压迫性髓核突出动物模型黄韧带磷脂酶A2(PLA2)活性的影响,借以探讨活血化淤法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的抗炎作用机理。方法:选用非压迫型腰椎间盘髓核突出动物模型,造模动物在2、4、6周取L4、5间的黄韧带,采用微孔比色法测定PLA2活性。结果:模型组黄韧带中PLA2活性明显升高,活血化淤法在2、4、6周均有降低PLA2活性的作用,尤其4周以后有显著差异。扶他林同样表现出明显降低PLA2活性的作用,与活血化淤法比较无显著差异。结论:活血化淤法具有降低非压迫性髓核突出动物模型黄韧带中PLA2活性的作用,从而减少多种炎症介质的合成,这可能是其治疗腰椎间盘突出症的作用机制之一。 To observe the effect of Houxuehuayudecoction on the activity of Phospholipase A2 ( PLA2) of flaval ligaments of animal models of nucleus pulposus herniation (NPH) caused by non -compression, so as to approach the mechanism of anti -inflammatory action of Huoxuehuayudecoction to herniated lumbar disc. Method: To select flaval ligaments of animal models of nucleus pulposus herniation (NPH) caused by non - compression, Flaval ligaments of fourth and frith lumbar vertebras are draw - off from the animal models in the 2,4and 6 week respectively, and detect the activity of Phospholipase A2 ( PLA2 ) by micro - holes chromatonetry. Result: Activity of Phospholipase A2 ( PLA2 ) of Flaval ligaments steps up significantly in the modelgroup, Huoxuehuayudecoction has the effect of down regulating PLA2 in the 2,4,6 weeks , especially after 4 weeks, it has significant difference. Votalin shows the effect of down - regulating the activity of PLA2 as the same, and has not significant difference to compared with Huoxuehuayudecee- Lion. Conclusion: Huoxuehuayudecoction has the role of down - regulate the activity of Phospholipase A2 ( PLA2 ) of flaval ligaments of animal models of nucleus pulposus herniation (NPH) caused by non - compression ,then reduce the composition of mediators of inflammation, so it is possible that it is one of the mechanism of actions to Phospholipase herniated lumbar disc.
