双虎清肝颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎观察

目的:观察双虎清肝颗粒治疗乙型肝炎临床疗效。方法:治疗组61例用双虎清肝颗粒、对照组59例用复方益肝灵治疗,治疗3个月观察症状和体征、HBV-DNA、ALT。结果:治疗组总有效率91.8%,对照组总有效率64.4%,两组比较有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:双虎清肝颗粒治疗慢性乙型肝炎有较好疗效,且无明显不良反应。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect on type B hepatitis treated by Double Tigers Clearing away Liver- fire Granula. Method：61 cases were treated with Double Tigers Clearing away Liver- fire Granula as the study group while 59 cases were treated with Complex Yi （;an Ling as the control group. Symptoms, physical signs, HBV - DNA and ALT were observed after 3 month＇s treatment. Result： The total effective rate of the study group is 91.8% while that of the control group is 64.4%. There is very significant differenee between the two groups（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Double Tigers clearing away Liver - fire Granula, without obvious adverse effect, has good therapeutic effect on ehronic type B hepatitis.
