This paper presents the analysis of the digital demodulation of the MPSK and analyzes the method of frequency estimation based on the power detection and the method of phase estimation in the carrier synchronization. The paper discusses the basic theory of the waveform estimation of clock synchronization and the effects of signal amplitude and bandwidth on the timing synchronization.
