摘要
产业集群具有大规模复杂网络的结构特征,在将集群网络划分为投入产出网络、技术合作网络和劳动力网络的基础上,结合对温州鞋革业和北京IT业等产业集群的分析,考察集群结构与功能相统一的系统动力机制,研究发现:①产业集群网络结构不同程度上具有小世界、无标度和群落结构等属性,且这些结构属性与集群网络的演化及具体产业背景具有一定的关系;②集群的网络结构属性对于集群的资源整合能力具有重要影响,使得集群的资源整合过程有着较高的效率和较广的范围;③集群网络本身具有一定的抗风险能力,集群网络的无标度结构使得这种抗风险能力同时具有鲁棒性和脆弱性的双重特征。
This study investigates the structure and function of industrial clusters＇ complex networks. And we find that, to some extent, industrial clusters＇ complex networks have small - world, free - scale and community structure characters, which influence profoundly their capabilities of resource integration and anti - risk. Furthermore, clusters＇ capabilities of anti - risk are of both robustness and fragility.
