摘要
现实世界中不断增长的城乡差距和社会不平等,是城乡问题两方复杂的关联和相互作用的结果。文章对西方各个时期代表性的城乡发展理论进行了综述,认为其研究经历了朴素城乡整体发展观、城乡分割发展观、城乡融合发展观的演变过程,简要评述了已有研究的不足,并结合我国城乡发展实际提出了以后研究的展望。
The main assumption of this paper is that the increasing disparities and social inequalities in reality world are the result of the complex combination or interaction of both urban and rural aspects of the problems, thus a literature review is done on the leading development theories of rural and urban areas in several periods of the West. It was considered that the development views of rural and urban areas have experienced three processes： simplicity integrated, divided and coordinated. At last it draws problems from those theories, then look forward to its trends within China contexts.
