摘要
首次报道一种十二烷基伯胺乙酸盐可以作为柚子皮果胶的沉淀剂,在pH3.5,温度50℃的稀果胶萃取液中加入十二烷基伯胺乙酸盐溶液,可与带负电荷果胶形成不溶于水的果胶十二胺盐复合物,完全沉降析出,再经过酸解和乙醇洗涤步骤,得到灰分低于1%的果胶,产率高达17.5%,有机胺可以回收重复使用。与传统的酒精沉降法相比,节省了真空减压浓缩工序,大大降低了酒精的用量。与饱和硫酸铝盐析法相比,灰分低,纯度高。本法提取工艺简单,效果较好,可以作为高效率制备优质果胶的一种新方法,为利用废弃物开发制备生物大分子多糖——果胶开辟了新的途径。
