摘要
以杜仲叶提取液、白糖、牛奶为主要原料,采用对比实验、正交实验找出最佳发酵工艺条件和配方,通过酵母菌、醋酸菌、乳酸菌发酵,开发出营养丰富,且具有一定疗效作用的天然保健饮料。
Using Eucommia ulmoides Oluv leaves, sugar and milk as raw materials, the best conditions for the fermentation of Eu commia ulmoides Oluv leaves have been found out by orthogonar experiments. The natural healthy drink was made by fermentation of yeast, acetate bacteria and lactobacillus, and the drink has rich nutrients and physiological functions.
