摘要 为了研究增重率对电磁波屏蔽效能的影响,采用肼作还原剂对涤纶织物进行化学镀银,借助SEM、X射线能谱仪分析了镀银织物表面和结构,并对镀层织物的导电性和电磁波屏蔽效能以及服用性能等进行测试。结果表明:随着增重率的变大,镀层织物电磁波屏蔽效能和导电性增加比较明显,随后又趋于缓慢,同时发现镀层对织物的服用性能有不利影响。因此在满足防电磁波性能前提下,应尽量减小镀层厚度。 In order to study the influences of weight increasing rate on electromagnetic shielding properties of electroless silver plating on PET fabrics, which were treated with electroless silver plating using AgNO3 in reducing agent ( H2NNH2) , the electromagnetic shielding performance and electrical conductivity are measured and several properties about fabric's wear behavior are tested. The results show that with the increment of weight increasing rate, the shielding effectiveness (SE) and electrical conductivity increases obviously, then prone to slow increment. The plated layer has an adverse effect on the wear performance, so on the premise of meeting electromagnetic shielding performance, the thickness of plated layer should be decreased to the least extend.
