摘要
制备了N i-P-ZrO2和N i-P-TiO2纳米复合材料镀层,研究了温度、络合剂等对A3钢片上N i-P-ZrO2和N i-P-TiO2纳米复合材料镀层的影响。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察外貌;称重法测定厚度;通过10%NaC l溶液测定其耐腐蚀性;GB5935-86标准贴滤纸法测定其孔隙率;MH-3显微硬度仪测定其硬度。结果表明:在所选条件下,可得光亮、致密、耐腐蚀性、硬度强于A3钢、N i-P镀层的纳米复合材料镀层。N i-P-ZrO2和N i-P-TiO2镀层的腐蚀速率分别为0.0247、0.0322g/(m2.h)。
The electroless Ni-P-TiO2 (ZrO2)nanometer composite coatings on A3 steel surface have been formed. The influences of both composition and deposition condition on the coating deposit velocity and the properties have been investigated. The physical chemistry natures of the Ni-P-TiO2 and Ni-P-ZrO2 coatings have been studied by scanning electron microscope(SEM), weighting, accelerated corrosion tests and hardometer. The results show that the homogeneity, polish, high hardness and corrosion resistance of the coatings are superior to Ni-P coating and A3 steel specimen. The corrosion rates of the Ni-P-TiO2 and Ni-P-ZrO2 coatings are 0. 0247 and 0. 0322 g/( m^2·h) respectively.
