摘要
分析了有铬达克罗涂层,对镁合金防护能力极差的原因。提出了适合镁合金的达克罗溶液配方构思。采用了多种水性树脂与助剂及无机材料,制成了适合镁合金的达克罗溶液及工艺。经过对镁合金零件达克罗涂层的耐盐雾性能、耐湿热性能及其涂层附着力和外观的检测。证实研制的镁合金无铬达克罗工艺,具有良好的防护性能。给镁合金零件提供了一种新的环保型表面处理方法。
The reason of worse anticorrosion performance of dacromet coating with chromate is analyzed. Compositions of non-chromate dacromet bath of magnesium alloy are presented. The non-chromate dacromet bath that is suitable for magnesium alloy is made of some waterborne resins, assistant and inorganic materials. The excellent anticorrosion performance of the non-chromate dacromet coating is proved by the test of anti-salt-spray, anti-wet-heat, adhesion and appearance performance. A new environment-friendly surface treatment method for magnesium alloy oarts is provided in the study.
