气相防锈材料预膜时间的测定

摘要 气相防锈材料目前已在金属防锈领域得到广泛应用,预膜时间对金属的防锈效果有相当的影响,但当前文献中的气相防锈能力评价方法却没有体现。为考察预膜时间对防锈效果的影响,采用失重法研究了两种气相防锈膜的不同预膜时间,并借助盐雾箱腐蚀试验考察了不同预膜时间对其防锈效果的影响。结果表明:不同类型气相防锈材料的预膜时间并不相同,合适的预膜时间可以取得更好的防锈效果。 Volatile corrosion inhibitor material has been applied in anti-rust industry of metal widely in recent years. It is believed that pre-volatile time has a certain effect on antirust effectiveness. However, the evaluation method, industry standards etc. of VCI rust prevention ability are not embodied in many current literatures. In this study, different appropriate pre-volatile time of two kinds of VCI film is investigated by weight-loss method and the effect of different pre-volatile time on antirust effectiveness of metal specimens is investigated also by salt fog chamber corrosion test. The results show that different kinds of VCI material have different pre-volatile time, so we can get better effects by setting appropriate pre-volatile time.
