摘要
采用ＲＡＰＤ技术对家蚕基因组ＤＮＡ进行多态性研究，分析了各供试品种材料之间的遗传差异。结果表明，ＲＡＰＤ能反映各基因组之间丰富的多态性，聚类分析所得的各供试品种材料之间的亲缘关系和常规遗传分析的结论相一致。因此，认为ＲＡＰＤ可以作为家蚕分类及系统学研究的一种方法．
This reserch was to apply RAPD-PCR to determine whether such an approach would be feasible for study of genetics difference in Bombyx mori L. The result showed that this tech-nique can show plentiful DNA polymorphism among various genetic DNA of Bombyx mori L.and the relationships getting from the systematic analysis of the polymorphic DNA were consistent with that from classical analysis.
