摘要
采用荧光扫描与荧光探针技术研究了茶多酚对Fe(Ⅱ)诱发红细胞膜损伤效应的影响。结果表明:高铁离子自由基的激发波长为292.8nm,衰减符合一级动力学行为;茶多酚可诱发高铁自由基的生成;Fe(Ⅱ)可降低红细胞膜的流动性;低浓度的茶多酚对Fe(Ⅱ)引起的红细胞膜损伤具有量效的抑制效应关系,但高浓度可降低红细胞膜的流动性,在本试验条件下抑制作用的最佳浓度为1.0×10-3mg/ml.
A series of investigations about the effect of tea polyphenols on Fe(Ⅱ)-induced dam-age of red cell membrane have been made by using fluorescence scanning and probe techniques.The results showed that the maximum excitation wavelength of ferric radicals was 292.nm,nd its at-tenuation was in accord with the kinetics of first order reaction;Tea polyphenols (TP)could in-duce the formation of ferric radicals,and Fe(Ⅱ)could decrease the fluidity of red cell membrane in vitro;Tea polyphenols of lower concentrations could inhibit Fe(Ⅱ)-induced damage of red cell membrane,and the reverse was true for its higher concentrations under our experimental condition.The optimum concentration of tea polyphenol for protecting the red cell membrane from free radi-cal damage was stiggested to be about 1.0× 10-3mg/ml.
