摘要
长江流域早春大棚栽培的黄瓜和瓠瓜,“化瓜”现象十分严重。应用生长调节剂能有效地防止“化瓜”。研究结果表明,不同组合的生长素类调节剂及BR与CPPU处理,能明显提高座果率,平均增产达28.3%,对黄瓜和瓠瓜开花后一天的雌花,用5mg/kgCPPU、0.01mg/kgBR、10mg/kgCPPU及100mg/kgPCPA+25mg/kgGA对黄瓜增产显著,而50mg/kgNAA+25mg/kgGA与100mg/kgPCPA+25mg/kgGA对瓠瓜增产明显。对革果重和果实干物质含量的影响,黄瓜和瓠瓜各处理间有不同变化,但变幅不大。
The aborted gourd in cucumber (Cucumis
sativus L.)or white-flowered gourd(Lage-naria siceraria Standl)plants is a serious problem,when
grown in plastic tunnels at early spring inChangjiang river valley. Application of growth
regulators can effectively prevent fruit aborting,in-crease fruit setting,with an increase of yield
by 28.3%,The results showed that a great increase inyield of cucumber fruit was gained when
female flower treated 1 day after anthesis, by 5 mg/kgCPPU,0.01 mg/kg BR,10 mg/kg CPPU or
100mg/kg PCPA+25 mg/kg GA,whereas an increasein yield was observed in white-flowered
gourd after treatment by 50 mg/kg NAA + 25 mg/kg GAor 100 mg/kg PCPA+25 mg/kg GA. A little
change in individual fruit weight and dry matter con-tent in cucumber or white flowered gourd
Occurred after growth regulator treatment.
