摘要
对电力系统的地震安全性分析与负荷控制问题进行了深入研究,建立了系统正常运行情况下各支路的负荷电流的评价准则和电力系统的网络分析模型,分析了传统潮流分析方法的优、缺点.利用灵敏度分析方法研究了电力系统的安全性,并提出了系统过负荷时的控制方法.该方法以灵敏度分析的状态参量来对系统当前状态进行判断,然后根据判断的结果提出相应的控制措施.该算法能在较短的时间内提出供电控制措施,当系统受到地震破坏后,能给系统运行人员及时提供调度方案,以便尽快恢复电力供应.算例验证了该方法的正确性.该工作可为震后电力系统负荷快速调整、震区供电系统较快恢复电力供应,减少供电工程系统的损失提供理论分析依据.
Seismic safety assessment method and flow load control problem of power system are discussed deeply, and the remarkable criteria of current under normal process and system network model are suggested. The characteristics of traditional electric flow load analysis method are also summarized. The decoupled security enhancement algorithm (DSEA) is employed to study the seismic safety of power supply system, and flow load control analysis methods of power system are also gotten. The corresponding control measure will be gotten in short time according to this method which is to take the sensitive parameters as the system state identification variables and can also supply the good idea for rapidly recovering the electric supply when earthquake occurs. Finally, the correctness of this method is illustrated by an example, and some significant conclusions have been gotten. All of the above will be a basis for the studies of flow load control, power supply recovery and damage loss mitigation of power system after earthquake.
