摘要
应用重量法测定水果蔬菜及制品甲酸含量的添加回收率达９６．０％，并测定１２个不同类型样品甲酸含量，获得可靠的结果。通过试验研究选择了最佳分析条件，提出了可广泛应用于测定水果蔬菜及制品甲酸含量的有效方法─—重量法。
The rate of addition recovery is 96 %,determin img formic acid content offruit and vegetable products by gravimetric method and determining formic acid content hasa reliable result fOr 12 samples of various types.Ex periment of study selected the bestcondition of analysis,it is a better method for determining form ic acid content of fruitand vegetable products.
