摘要
研究了小麦抗病品种SK-4、SN7859和感病品种8201-69、81-5对梭条斑花叶病毒病的抗病性与其抗病毒(WSSMV)和抗传毒介体禾谷多粘菌(Polymyxa graminis Led.)的能力之间的关系。结果表明:小麦品种的抗病性与它们抗病毒的能力一致;与它们抗传毒介体的能力有一定的相关性,但不尽一致。具体表现为抗病品种SK-4抗病毒和抗介体能力均强,SN7859抗病毒能力强,但抗介体能力较弱;感病品种81-5抗病毒能力弱,但抗介体能力较强,而8201-69则抗病毒和抗介体的能力均弱。
The relationship between the resistance of resistant wheat varieties SK-4 and SN7859, anti susceptible 8201-69 and 81-5 to the virus (WSSMV), and to the vector (Polymxa grarninis) was studied. Results showed that the resistance of the wheat varieties to the disease is consistent with their resistance to the virus (WSSMV), but not quite consistent with their resistance to the vector. Of the 4 varieties atudived, the resistant varieties SK-4 is resistant to both WSSMV and the vector, SN7859 is resistant to WSSMV, but fairly susceptible to the vectors the susceptible 81-5 is susceptible to WSSMV, but fairly resistant to the vector; 8201-69 is susceptible to both WSSMV and the vector.
