摘要
选用伏地尖、华大2号、华椒1号、早杂2号、短牛角、海花3号、7281等7个辣椒品种为材料,对辣椒种子老化前后经聚乙二醇(PEG)处理的生理生化变化进行了研究,结果表明:用PEG处理能有效地保持种子活力并改善老化种子性能,使种子内溶物蛋白质渗漏减少,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性提高,膜脂过氧化作用的最终产物丙二醛(MDA)含量降低,种子呼吸强度增高。这些指标均表明种子老化前进行PEG处理效果比老化后处理效果好;种子老化前后进行2次PEG处理与老化前进行1次PEG处理效果差异不明显。
With pepper varieties of Fudijian, Huada 2, Huajiao 1, Zaoza 2, Danliajiao, Haihua 3 and 7281, the physiological and biochemical changes associated with PEG treatment for per-aging and post-aging pepper seeds were studied. The result showed that PEG treatment could effectively maintain seed vigor and improve the performance of aged seeds. PEG treatment enhanced the activities of superoxide dismutase, reduced soluble protein and malondialdehyde (MDA) content, and increased respiratory intensity. PEG osmoconditioning was better pre-storing than pre-sowing, but no significant difference between twice PEG treatments for pre-aging and post-aging and once PEG treatment for pre-aging in pepper seeds.
