乙肝病毒前S1抗原的临床应用评价

Clinical Evaluation with Pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis Bvirus

目的探索乙肝病毒前S1抗原与肝脏损伤程度的关系,及与乙肝病毒DNA复制活跃程度的关系。方法乙肝病毒前S1抗原用ELISA方法检测,丙氨酸氨基转移酶用紫外-乳酸脱氢酸法检测,HBV-DNA测定运用荧光实时定量检测方法。结果乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性与ALT升高有正相关,乙肝病毒前S1抗原阳性与HBV-DNA阳性有显著性相关。结论乙肝病毒前S1抗原可以用来评价肝脏功能指标,也可作为机体内乙肝病毒复制活跃程度指标。

Objective Explore Pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus the relation with liver damage level, and with hepatitis B virus DNA reconstructed active level. Methods Pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus with ELISA method, it is ultraviolet that ALT use LD method, HBV-DNA was determined by fluorescence quantitative PCR（FQ-PCR） assay. Results Pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus and ALT go up have the positive that closes,Pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus positive and HBV-DNA positive do have significant relationship. Conclusion Pre-S1 antigen of hepatitis B virus can be used to appraise liver function, fit for in organism hepatitis B virus reconstructed active level index.
