摘要
探讨了精益制造和6σ这两种业务改进方法的有机结合过程,从分析二者有效结合的必要性和可行性入手,以系统的观点,基于持续改进原则,分别从管理角度、过程方法及工具应用上探讨了二者结合的途径。首先在组织管理方面形成了一个更完备的业务改进策略;其次以DMAIC流程和价值流为主线构建了基于并行工程的动态的方法流程,同时将支撑方法的工具以应用流程为导向建立了结合途径;最后开发出基于这两种方法的解决问题的技术路线,为实践应用提供技术指导。
This paper discusses the combination of two business improvement approaches, lean manufacturing and six-σ. Starting with the necessity and feasibility of the combination. Based on the principles of continuous quality improvement(CQI), the paper presents ways to carry out the combination in terms of management, process approaches, and quality tool applications. A complete business improvement strategy is available for organization management. A dynamic process method based on concurrent engineering is offered by means of DMAIC and value streams. Tools for the two approaches are integrated according to their application processes. In the end, techniques are developed to employ the two methods.
