Information Technology Based on Business Process Reengineering Framework and Planning Strategy

在总结流程再造模型框架理论成果的基础上,应用系统分析方法,提出了基于信息支撑的流程再造三维框架模型,该模型客观地阐述了信息技术在流程再造实施过程中所起的基础支撑作用。结合我国企业的特点,提出应采用领导重视思想统一、循序渐进稳步实施、与全面质量管理有机结合的整体规划策略,从而成功实施流程再造,提高企业经营绩效。

Based on the theoretical achievements from the process-reengineering framework, a 3-dimensional framework model is proposed in this paper through the method of system analysis. In the model, information technology plays a fundamental role to the implementation of process reengineefing. Considering the specialties of Chinese industries, some planning strategies are prsented in the paper in order to implement the process reengineering successfully and improve the enterprise＇s productivity.
