摘要
通过对企业流程和企业战略二者之间关系的研究,提出企业为建立有效的流程再造实施方略,需要从企业战略的高度出发,从企业整体上审视流程。指出了流程再造需要企业战略的指导,讨论了战略对流程运作的指导,流程对战略的要求的体现以及企业流程再造如何与战略要求结合等问题。讨论了以企业战略分解为思路的流程再造方法,用流程对战略的执行程度来评价流程,并运用关键成功因子和过程优先矩阵等方法来确定流程再造的重点,从而保证流程对战略的执行。
Studying the relationship between business strategies and business processes, this article suggests methods for enterprises to effectively carry out business process reengineering(BPR), which is based on the systematic analysis of the processes, and is oriented by the strategies. The article presents the reason that BPR should be strategy-oriented, and the ways for the strategies to guide the processes, and for the processes to meet the requirements of the strategies. In the end, the article gives an approach for BPR based on the decomposition of strategic goals. The implementation of the strategies is employed to assess the processes, and critical success factors and priority matrixes to find the key projects of BPR, so as to support the strategies.
