对新一届中国女排技术现状分析与对策研究

Technical Analysis and Tragedy Study on Fresh Chinese Women's Volleyball Team

运用文献资料、观察、专家访谈和比较分析法,对新一届中国女排在2005年度宁波市北仑主场三项高水平国际赛事中的技术统计数据,与FIVB公布的28届雅典奥运会女排比赛的技术排名数据进行比较分析。结果表明:扣球技术老将状态稳定,新队员表现突出;拦网技术整体差距明显,已成为制约中国女排进步的一大问题;发球技术达到了世界较高水平;一传技术表现比较稳定;二传进攻组织流畅;防守能力新老队员水平不平衡。

Through documents and data available, surveys, talks with experts, comparison analysis and based on Classified Technical Data of Women＇s Volleyball Matches of 28th Athens Olympic Games issued by FIVB, this paper aims to compare and analyze technical data collected from 3 high-level international volleyball host matches held in Beilun , Ningho in 2005 with the participation of Fresh Chinese Women＇s Volleyball Team. Conclusions drawn as follows： Veteran players＇ technical level of smashing presents steadily while new players are quite impressive. In general block disparities still exist, which have become a key factor of slowing down the pace of Chinese Women＇s Volleyball Team. Service is of a rather high level in the world. First passers present steady performance. Second passers have smooth organization of attacking. Defense abilities between veterans and fresh players are unbalanced.
