摘要
文章利用激励理论的相关内容,采用文献法分析目前普通高校体育管理体系中体育教师的激励现状,并从“以人为本”的管理角度出发,结合体育教师的职业特点研究如何进一步调整关于体育教师的激励方式,旨在为加强普通高校体育教师队伍建设,充分挖掘体育教师潜能,提高体育教学质量提供有益的参考。
This essay makes use of the related contents of encouragement theories, adopts the cultural heritage method to analyze the present encouragement condition of the athletics teachers in the management system of common and high school, and begin with the point make people the center, combining the athletics teacher's occupation characteristics, researches how to further adjust the athletics teachers' encouragement way. The aim is to strengthen the construction of the athletics teachers in common and high school, fully excavate athletics teacher' s potential abilities and provide a beneficial reference to the improvement of the athletics teaching quality.
