SYD-1深部油井堵剂研究及应用

Study and Application of SYD-1 Plugging Agents

针对特高含水油田研制了由聚丙烯酰胺、多价金属离子络合物交联剂、反应调节剂和助剂组成的深部油井堵剂,用于胜坨油田油井堵水。从主剂浓度、抗剪切、封堵率、耐冲刷等方面对该堵剂进行了性能评价,结果表明,它可用于特高含水期的油井堵水。SYD-1油井堵剂已在胜坨油田13口油井上得到应用,取得较好增油降水效果。

A kind of plugging agent composed of polyacrylamide, polyvalent metal ion complex as crosslinker,reaction regulating agent and other auxiliary agents was developed for water plugging of oil wells in Shengtuo Oilfield with particularly high content of water. The plugging agent was evaluated in terms of concentration of major agent, shear resistance, plugging rate and flushing resistance. The result showed that the plugging agent could be used to plug water in oil wells. Plugging agent for oil wells had be successfully used in 13 oil wells of Shengtuo Oilfield and had good effects in oil increasing and water decreasing.
