摘要
PDZ-1堵剂是由自制聚合物与树脂交联剂在地层条件下生成的凝胶。研究了该体系在岩心实验中的行为特性,主要包括PDZ-1堵剂在单相岩心/填砂管中对残余阻力系数、不同渗透率地层的影响;岩石表面润湿性对PDZ-1堵剂成胶性能的影响,PDZ-1堵剂耐冲刷能力的评价及双管驱替的整体效果。结果表明,该堵剂可使水相渗透率下降85%以上,油相渗透率下降25%以下,具有明显的选择性封堵作用及优良的耐冲刷性。
PDZ - 1 plugging agent is a high strength gel formed from the polymer and the resin crosslinker. The behaviors of PDZ- 1 in core experiment was studied, such as the effects of PDZ- 1 on the residual resistance factor and layers of different permeability, the surface wetting property of core on the gelling propertry, flushing resistance and the selective blockages of paralleled core/porous media. The results showed that, the permeability of water phase decreased 85 % at least, the permeability of oil decreased no more than 25 %. PDZ - 1 has high selective plugging and a nice flushing resistance.
