西方现代可持续发展思想的局限性及对策

The Limitation and Counter-measure to the Thought of Sustainable Development in the West

可持续发展思想源自于西方,并在世界范围内得到传播。而西方现代可持续发展思想具有局限性。因此,要实现人与自然的和谐相处,一、不应盲目推崇资本私有制度,要从群体生存需要出发,强化政府主导作用;二、要加强计划手段调控市场经济,提倡适当消费,走节约型社会道路;三、要注重科技发展,加快创新,实现产业技术体系变革。因为产业技术体系变革是改变现阶段重化工业技术体系消耗不可再生资源和污染环境弊病的根本出路。

The thought of sustainable development is originated from the West and has been widespread in the world. However, the limitations of the thought are obvious. There are three channels to realize the harmonious relations between human and nature： 1. to meet the demand of masses existence without having an over-esteem for private ownership and enhance the leading functions of the government; 2. to reinforce the market economy with governmental plans and adjustments, advocate moderate consuming and be on the road of economic society; 3. to lay stress on the development of science and technology, increase creations and realize the reforms to the systems of industrial technology, which is the only effective prescription to cure the illness in the consumption of non-reproduced resources by heavy industry and from environmental pollution.
