改革开放20多年来,我国经济一直保持着高速增长的态势。随着社会经济的发展,也产生了诸多不和谐因素。国家应出台相关政策强化国家职能,在经济发展中提高社会经济关系平衡能力(人与人的经济关系)、强化资源经济的政策和法规(人与自然的经济关系)、整合区域经济协调发展(布局经济关系),解决社会经济和谐的问题。

It is necessary for the government to issue relevant policies so as to enhance the state functions and powers. Meanwhile, to improve the balancing capability of social economy relations （the economic relations among people）, to reinforce the economic resource policies and regulations （the economic relations between people and nature） and to integrate the development of regional economy in harmony （relations of economic layout） are all the keys to solve the unharmonious problems in China＇s social economy.
