曹七巧——传统母亲形象的毁灭

Cao Qiqiao—Extermination of Traditional Mother’s Image

张爱玲的作品擅长于表现苍凉的人生与扭曲的人性,她的经典名著《金锁记》就是这一特色的代表。她在这一作品中将曹七巧塑造成了一个人格严重变异、病态的母亲。原因主要有两方面,一是安全感的缺失;二是性需要的缺失;最后,在性的张力作用下,她用金钱的枷锁劈杀了媳妇,毁了子女的幸福,从而颠覆了中国传统文化里母亲的形象。

ZhangAiling was skilled in showing desolate life and anomolous human nature in her works. Her classic works, Notes of JinSuo, was the representative of this character. ZhangAiling portrayed a figure, CaoQiqiao, who was an extremely abnormal mother of personality. Two causes made her act crazily. First, She was short of her sense of security. Second, she had no sex for a long time. In the end of the story, she killed her son＇s wife and destroyed her son＇s happiness with the money shackles under the force of Sexual tension. CaoQiQiao was an mother＇s image who was different from the chinese traditional figures of mother.
