论社会中间层组织的经济法权利

On the Economic Legal Right of the Intermediate Organization

社会中间层组织是一种特殊的经济法主体,以其特殊的劳动参加着我国社会主义社会财富的创造,应该受经济法调整,享有经济法权利。但是我国现有的法律法规对社会中间层组织的法律权利规定并不完善,因而我国应该尽快完善这方面的立法,为发挥社会中间层组织的最大效用提供法律保障。

The intermediate organizations are a kind of special subjects of economic law. They have been participating the creation of our socialist wealth with a special way since they were born. They should be entitled to join in the economic legal relation and be authorized legal right by economic law. But the prevailing laws and statutes are not perfect. We should consummate the legislation concerning that as to optimize the performance of the intermediate organizations to the best possible vantage.
