摘要
教师形象对高校“两课”的教学实效有着重要影响,如何提高教师理论素养、塑造教师人格魅力、突出教师人文关怀、提高教师社会实践能力和塑造良好的外在形象,对培养大学生的素质和人格具有重要作用。
The image of the Marxism theory courses plays an important role in the teaching effect of the courses. Therefore, in order to achieve that purpose, we should improve the teachers＇ theoretical knowledge, shape teachers＇ personal charming, advocate the teachers＇ caring for students, improve the teachers＇ social practice capability, set up the teachers＇ good extrinsic image.
