新形势下高职院校思想政治教育的思考

On The Thinking of Political Education in Vocational and Technical Colleges Under New Trend

高职院校是我国近十年来出现的新生事物。学生的来源广泛,思想政治基础相对薄弱,因此思想政治工作的开展任务艰巨。在科学发展观的指导下,高职院校应加强思想政治队伍建设,坚持以人为本、以学生为主体,从学生的内因与外因、学校的内环境与外环境入手,加强与改善学生的思想政治素质,从而为学院的教学及其它工作的开展奠定良好的基础。

Vocational and technical college is a new-bom in our country in the past ten years. The students come from everywhere and their political-thinking are weakness relatively. So our mission is an arduous work to the students in order to enhance there political-thinking, So vocation-technic college should strengthen their political-thinking in the scientific and developmental viewpoint. We should insist that the school＇s management belief is for the person and the students are main body. We should strong and improve the students＇ political-thinking in combining there inwardness and externality, At the same time we should attach importance to the environment in the college and the social also, Only in this way we can well establish for teaching and the other work in our college.
