论“鲶鱼效应”对图书馆管理的启示

Gaining Enlightenment from Effect of Sheatfish for Library Manage

目前,在图书馆行业中女性占到从业人数2/3以上,然而,由于生理、心理、家庭、社会各方面的原因,使得她们工作效率低下,服务质量不高,得不到读者的满意。本文针对这种情况,提出了图书馆如何利用“鲶鱼效应”挖掘馆员尤其是女馆员的潜能,从而使其优质高效地为图书馆服务的措施。

At present, the number of female librarians is over half of that of librarians, but the conditions of female librarians are anxious. Because of various causes, their working efficiency is low, and the quality of service isn＇t good, which couldn＇t satisfy the needs of the readers. Faced with this situation, this paper provides some measures for library how to use the effect of sheaffish to tap the potentialities of librarians, especially of female librarians, which could raise their working efficiency and quality of service.
