摘要
林生山黧豆、苜蓿、大豆和蚕豆在水培条件下培养,用PEG进行水分胁迫处理。结果表明,林生山黧豆具有抗旱的形态特征,可以在水分胁迫下维持植物水势、组织水分和较高的生长速率。它还具有低植物水势时的组织保护机制,这种保护机制的生物学基础可能是由非蛋白质氨基酸参与的渗透调节和细胞结构保护。
Lathyrus
sylvestris L. ,soybean,fababean,and alfalfa were cultured in a hydroponic system;PEG was
used to establish water stress condition for comparative study.Re-sults showed that Lathyrus
sylvestris L,. ,with drought一resistance morphological char-acteristics,could maintain water
potential, tissue water contents and high growth rate under osmotic stress. The species also
had a tissue protectlve mechanism under low tis-sue water potential.High concentration of
nonprotein amino acids in Lathyrus sylvestris L. was possibly the basis for the osmotic
regulation and protection at cellular level.
