摘要
阐述了SiC反射镜的制备工艺及方法特点,对其坯体制备、表面致密化涂层、表面光学精加工和轻量化作了详尽的表述;着重介绍了SiC反射镜的国内外发展现状,并讨论了其今后的发展方向。
The manufacturing process and method of the SiC reflecting mirror are introduced in this paper. The blank preparation, dense surface coating, precision machining of the optical surface and light weight fabrication are presented. The worldwide progress and present state of SiC mirror are reviewed emphatically and the prospect of SiC mirror is discussed.
