摘要
本文论述了大功率环行器驱动电路的设计理论。从基本原理入手,寻找缩短环形器微波通道切换时间的方法,取得了良好的效果。试验结果和理论分析相一致。本文重点讨论了双向大电流电路的实现和缩短开关转换时间,及解决由此带来的设计问题的方法。
The design theory of driver circuit of large power circulator is discussed. According to the basic prineiple, a method of seeking to shorten switching period of microwave channel is found with good effect. The test result is consistent with the theoretical analysis. The method about how to shorten the switching period, implement two-direction high current circuit and some problems in design are described in details.
