摘要
采用钛、石墨和镍团聚粉末,利用反应超声速火焰喷涂技术制备了TiC-Ni涂层,研究了粉末团聚工艺对涂层组织和性能的影响。结果表明,团聚方式对涂层的相组成,组织和性能均有明显的影响。包覆型团聚粉末制得的涂层,钛的氧化物以TiO2形式存在,涂层的显微硬度高,涂层粒子扁平化程度高。但是包覆型团聚粉末喷涂时由于黏合剂受热分解产生的气体在涂层中残留较多,导致涂层组织疏松,降低了涂层的耐磨性。
The effects of the microstructures and properties of the coatings deposited by reactive HVOF spraying of Ti, graphite and Ni aggregated powders are studied. The results show that the oxide of titanium in the coatings made of Ni cladding Ti and graphite aggregated powder is TiO2 instead of NiTiO3 in the coatings made of Ti, graphite and Ni well--distributed mixture aggregated powders. The hardness of the first coatings is higher, but the microstroetore is loose and the wear resistance is low due to the pores caused by the remnant gases decomposed from the bond (PVA) in the spraying procedure.
