摘要
采用速生意杨的旋切单板、锯制薄板为原料,利用脲醛胶热压制成门窗的框和扇,并对其层积胶合工艺进行了研究,测试和分析了其物理力学性能,确定了最佳工艺参数。研究结果表明:利用小径木速生材薄板层积胶合成型门窗,采用对接结构和热压工艺,不仅可以克服实木门窗的缺点,而且工艺简单易行,并能充分合理利用小径木和速生材。
In this paper, Rotary-veneer and Saw-veneer of quick-growing poplars were used as the raw materials, UF resin was selected as the adhesive. It proved a suitable approach of manufacturing door and window, and also technological process and conditions of hot-pressing and properties of laminated door and window were studied. The results obtained from this research showed that properties of laminated door and window were superior to solid-wood door and window, and hot-pressing and head-joint structure adoped in the study were simple and practicable.
