摘要
采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)对牛奶中10种有机氯农药进行样品净化处理,所使用的方法能使农药的提取和分配一次完成,凝胶渗透色谱柱使牛奶中的农药与脂肪等得到较好分离,在此条件下干扰物得到了很好的去除,并提高了分析速度。利用气相色谱-电子捕获检测器(GC-ECD)可以同时定性、定量地测定10种有机氯农药残留,在给定的浓度范围内,各农药组分呈现良好的线性相关,10种有机氯农药的平均回收率在85.57% ̄108.86%之间,变异系数小于10.88%,最小检测限范围为0.042 ̄0.199μg/kg。
The 10 Organochlorine Pesticides in Milk can be extracted and separated by gel permeation chromatography. The fat and pesticide of milk can be seperated by gel permeation chromatography. The interfering matters can be well eliminated in this condition, and analysis is rapid. The residues of 10 organochlorine pesticides at same time can be identified and quantified simultaneously by GC-ECD. This method is simple,rapid,and the average recovery ratios were 85.57%-108.86%.Good repeatability was obtained in all the cases with coefficients of variation lower 10,88%,and limit of detection was 0.042-,0.199 μg/kg.
