县级测绘管理工作存在的问题及其对策

Problems and Countermeasures in County-level Surveying Management Work

通过对当前县级测绘管理工作中的测绘机构性质、职能、管理体制、基础测绘、人才管理、测绘市场、测绘执法、测绘成果管理等方面分析,找出存在的主要问题。并对此提出了相应的解决方法,这对规范县级的测绘管理,提高县级测绘管理水平,有一定的参考价值。

An analysis is made in the paper of the surveying organizations' characteristics,functions,management system,basic surveying,management of talented persons,surveying market,law execution in surveying work and management of surveying achievements etc.in current county-level surveying management work.Based on the analysis,some key problems existed are found and corresponding countermeasures are then put forward as well in the paper,which will provide high reference value for standardizing the county-level surveying management work and improving the management level.
