雷州半岛水旱特性初探

Discussion on the characteristics of floods and drought in Leizhou Peninsula

针对雷州半岛水旱灾害频繁发生的实际问题,利用该地区长系列的水文资料,通过统计洪水出现的频次、干旱出现的程度及频次,分析归纳出了洪水、干旱的时空分布特性及其主要成因,为雷州半岛防汛抗旱及减灾规划提供了参考。

Pointed to the practical problem of the disaster of floods and drought frequently occurred in the Leizhou Peninsula, this paper utilized the long series hydrology data, by statistical comparison for the floods frequency and the drought grade and frequency, analyzed and concluded the characteristics of space-time distribution and the main cause of the floods and drought. And also this paper can provides references for prevention of floods and drought or planning of decreasing calamities.
