姜氏抗癌散对小鼠肝癌H22肉瘤S180模型抗癌作用的实验研究

The Effct of Jiang's Anti-cancer Powder on Model S(180) of Mice Bearing Liver Cancer H22 Sarcoma.

目的:研究姜氏抗癌散Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号、Ⅲ号抑制肿瘤作用和其对脾系数的影响。方法:(1)将60只移植肝癌H22瘤株的昆明种小鼠分成6组:对照组、环磷酰胺阳性对照组,姜氏抗癌散1号(KW1号)20ml/kg组,姜氏抗癌散1号(KW1号)30ml/kg组,姜氏抗癌散Ⅱ号(KWⅡ号)20ml/kg组,姜氏抗癌散Ⅱ号(KWⅡ号)30ml/kg组。观察KWⅠ号、KWⅡ号不同剂量的抗肿瘤作用。(2)将50只移植肉瘤S 180瘤株的昆明小鼠分成对照组、环磷酰胺阳性对照组、姜氏抗癌散Ⅲ号(KWⅢ号)10ml/kg、姜氏抗癌散Ⅲ号(KWⅢ号)20ml/kg组、姜氏抗癌散Ⅲ号(KWⅢ号)30ml/kg组。观察KWⅢ号不同剂量的抗肿瘤作用和其对脾的影响。结果:(1)KWⅠ号20ml/kg组及KWⅠ号30ml/kg组的抑瘤率分别为23.2%和44.7%(均P<0.001);KWⅡ号20ml/kg组及KWⅡ号30ml/kg组的抑瘤率分别为32.0%和46.5%(均P<0.001)。(2)KWⅢ号10ml/kg、20ml/kg及30ml/kg的抑瘤率分别为4.6%、27.2%、41.3%(P>0.05、P<0.05、P<0.01),脾系数:KWⅢ号10ml/kg组为1.044±0.219(P>0.05),KWⅢ号20ml/kg组为1.067±0.171(P<0.05),KWⅢ号30ml/kg组为1.026±0.296(P>0.05)。结论:KWⅠ、Ⅱ号均大剂量组30ml/kg有明显的抑制肿瘤作用,KWⅢ号大剂量也能明显抑制小鼠肉瘤S 180生长。KWⅢ号中药组对血常规没有异常的副反应。KWⅢ号中药组脾系数与对照组相似,说明对鼠体没有不良作用,但化疗的脾系数高于其它组,说明化疗法对鼠体有不良反应。

Method： （ 1 ） dividing 60 mice embedded with liver cancer H 22 sarcoma into 6 groups： contrast group, Cyclophosphamide positive contrast group, Jiang＇s anti-cancer powder Ⅰ （KW Ⅰ ） 20ml/kg group, KW Ⅰ 30ml/kg group, KWⅡ 20ml/kg group and KWⅡ 30ml/kg groupo Observing KWⅠ and KW Ⅱ＇s effects of curbing tumor with different dosage. （2） dividing 50 Kunming mice embedded with S 180 sarcoma into 5 groups： contrast group, Cyclophosphamide positive contrast group, KW Ⅲ 10ml/kg group, KW Ⅲ 20ml/kg group and KW Ⅲ 30ml/kg group.Observing KW Ⅲ＇s effect of curbing tumor and its affection on spleen.Results： （1） The tumor-curblng rates of KW Ⅰ 20ml/kg group and KW Ⅰ 30ml/kg were 23.2% and 44.7% respectively （average P 〈 0.001 ） ; The tumor-curbing rates of KWⅡ 20ml/kg and KW Ⅱ 30ml/kg were 32.0% and 46.5% respectively （average P 〈 0.001 ） ; （2） The respective tumor-curblng rates of KW Ⅲ 10ml/kg, 20ml/kg and 30ml/kg are 4.6%, 27.2% and 41.3% （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ） ; The respective spleen parameters were： KW Ⅲ 10ml/kg group＇s was 1.044 ± 0.219 [ P 〉 0.05], KW Ⅲ 20mL/kg group＇s was 1.067±0.171 [P〉0.05], KW Ⅲ 30mL/kg group＇s was 1.026±0.296 [P〉0.05] .Conclusions： KW Ⅰ and Ⅱ groups with large dosage of 30ml/kg have apparent tumor-curblng effects, KW Ⅲ group with large dosage also can apparently curb the growth of sarcoma S 180 in mice＇s body.KW Ⅲ Chinese medicine group doesn＇t appear abnormal negative reaction.KW Ⅲ Chinese medicine group and the contrast group have similar spleen parameters, indicating that there is no negative effect ; while chemotherapy has a higher spleen parameter than other groups, indicating that it has negative effects on mice.
