肿瘤放疗后诱发第二恶性肿瘤危险因子研究进展

摘要
实体肿瘤放疗诱发第二恶性肿瘤在霍奇金病、乳腺癌、甲状腺癌等放射治疗可治愈的患者中经长期随访可被发现,其危险因子包括照射时患者年龄、照射容积、照射剂量、化学因素等, 现就此领域的研究进展作一综述。
