摘要
阐述了图书馆图书实行招标采购的可行性和优越性,介绍了图书招标工作中的程序厦方法,分析了图书采访工作的规范化、法制化管理,并对招标过程中应注意的问题进行了探讨。
This paper expounds the feasibility and superiority of carrying out the books acquisitioning through the public bidding of the library,introduces the procedures and methods of the book qcquisitioning through the public bidding.analyzes on the normalized and institutionalized management of the books acquisitioning,and probes into some problems needing attcntion in the course of the public bidding.
