分析了图书馆用户满意度的含义以及战略人力资源管理的核心思想,探讨了利用战略人力资源管理的方式来调动图书馆员的工作积极性和服务热情,从而提高图书馆用户满意度的有效途径。
This paper analyzes the meaning of library users' satisfaction and the core thought of the strategic human resources management, and probes into the effective paths for mobilizing the working activity and serving enthusiasm of the librarians through utilizing the strategic human resources management and further increasing library users' satisfaction.
