Trough analyzing the meaning of information literacy and connotation of university teacher＇s information literacy, this paper points out the necessity and importance of developing teacher users＇ information literacy education by university library, and discusses emphatically on the paths of cultivating and improving teacher users＇ information literacy by university library.
