阐述了南华大学图书馆在岗位津贴分配上遵循的指导思想和基本原则,介绍了岗位津贴档次的设置及其评定方法,指出细则的实施激发了工作人员的潜能,加强了工作人员的竞争意识,营造了学术氛围,盘活了人力资源,充分调动了工作人员的积极性。
This paper expounds the guiding thought and basic principles followed by the library of Nanhua University for the distribution of the job allowance, introduces the setting-up of the degrees of the job allowance and its evaluation method, and points out that the carrying out of the detailed regulation has excited the proficiency of the personnel, strengthened the competitive consciousness of the personnel, built the academic atmosphere, activated the human resource, and brought the enthusiasm of the personnel into full play.
