结合工作实际,从期刊的采购、编目、阅览、电子资源建设、服务对象与馆员自身建设等方面探讨了以人为本的思想在高校图书馆期刊管理工作中的具体运用。

Connecting with the working practice, this paper probes into the concrete application of the people-based concept in the periodical management of university library from aspects of the acquisitioning, cataloging and reading of the periodicals, the construction of the E-resources, and the self-construction of the service objects and librarians, etc.
