分析了当前我国城市交通面临的主要问题及其产生的原因,从尽快制定公共交通优先发展的政策、调整城市土地使用功能、合理组织城市交通的运营路线和时间、规范汽车消费行为、重点发展特大城市的轨道交通和提高全民交通意识等方面提出了改善城市交通的建议。

This paper analyzes on the main problems faced by our country＇s urban traffic and their causes, and puts forward some suggestions on improving the urban traffic from the aspects of laying down as soon as possible the policies of giving the priority to the development of the public traffic, regulating the use functions of the urban land, making rationar organization .of the operational line and time of the urban traffic, normalizing the behavior of the car consumption, developing the track traffic in the megalopolis, and strengthening the traffic consciousness of the whole people, etc.
