摘要
人本管理强调以人为中心,是管理学发展的最新成果。认为人本管理思想是解决现阶段我国企业中传统人事管理存在问题的好的选择,指出应从感情管理、民主管理、人才管理、文化管理等方面探求一条企业人事管理的新路子。
Human-centered-management, which regards people as the centre, is the newest achievement of the development of the management science. This paper holds that the human-centered-management thought is the best selection to solve the problems existing in Chinese enterprise's traditional personal management in the present stage, and points out that Chinese enterprise should detect a new road for enterprise's personal management from the emotional management, democratic management, talent management, and cultural management, etc.
